“Ok, but first…”
When I decide I want to learn something, I can’t just learn one aspect of it; I need to learn everything I possibly can, and then excel at it. I’ve wanted to direct for as long as I can remember, but that meant I needed to understand cameras and be skilled at laying out shots. Of course, how could I just shoot something and move on? I needed to learn to edit as well, and I needed to be exceptional. I’ve spent over two decades learning and honing these skills every day. Below are a few examples and the many parts I’ve played in their creation.
